Biometrics ID Help?

So I finally got my NOA for my Biometrics appointment. It says to bring the NOA and photo id with me. Question, I filed my AOS under my married name and all my identification is still under my maiden name. My marriage certificate expires dec 30, 2010 and I didn't realize until now. Can I still use that to get a certified copy at the court we got married at to bring to my appoint and show that I am now using my married name? Do I even need to bring my marriage certificate to my appointment?

I would take the marriage certificate as proof you are who you are since the ID and AOS are in different names. Go the the Courthouse or contact the office of vital statistics for your state for a certified copy of your marriage certificate.

Didn't know they expired? Maybe you are reading the expiration date of the form?
