Dear All,

I got I-130 approval in Nov. and I'm delayed until now for some personal reasons.

I should submit I-864 & related papers as soon as I finish them.

My question is if I sent my papers during Jan or feb. Which years of taxes should be submitted? for sponsor & co sponsor.

Is 2010 taxes should be included or 2009 is enough?

Thank you in Advance

Include 2010 taxes if you have filed your taxes when you send in your I-864. If not have 2010 tax return ready for the interview.

Citizenship next step!
