Has anyone received multiple emails from the NVC requesting the indentical documents?

I submitted my AOS package and received an email saying that it was accepted, but now they need to have the IV bill. I have received multiple emails requesting the DS-230 with supporting civil documents, like 10 in the past two weeks. It took about three weeks to send in the IV packet with ALL of the required documents. I even have confirmation from USPS that it was signed on December 20, 2010 at 11:01 am. I got two emails on December 23rd requesting this packet that must be sitting in their mail room or something. The email even stated that my husband interview may be delayed if they do not have the IV packet soon.I called them yesterday and spoke with a representative that said that it was logged as received, but now I must wait 20 days for processing. I am happy that the AOS was accepted, but this request for the IV packet has me concerned.

Can I trust the fact that the NVC rep stated that it was logged? Should I be worried? Should I call again next week to see where they are in reviewing the IV packet?

Any thoughts????

Gosh I have no idea because I haven't reached that point yet, but there should be some knowledgeable people that can answer you. Hopefully it's just a mix up and the person on the phone knew what they were talking about. Wishing you the best;)
