As long as you actually physically meet your partner they can be sponsored.

It does not matter how the couple was first introduced. However, where the

couple met through an international chat room or dating agency of any kind,

the US citizen will be subject to a background check...

Heh yeah looks like there are not so many of you that did not meet on line :D

we met through an on-line game, and our petition was approved in 21 days,as people said, a lot of us met on the internet and i guess by now they are very much used to it, dont worry! :)
