My friend has been married to us citizen for 4 years,they loved each other but then she cheated on him, now she has a baby from another man and my friend and she are separated for 1 year. They were trying to work it out while being separated but now he wants a divorse.I am just curious can he apply for gc after divorse or for a waiver? He has a f1 visa and 6 month still of study
