Your wife already has a green card you dont apply for adjustment of status you apply for removal of conditions if its a 2 year green card. If you have a 10 year she renews the card.

First if it's a conditional GC then she needs to file for Removal of Conditions and she should do it now.

There is no status to adjust, a green-card holder is already a permanent resident, AOS is adjustment from a NON-Resident to Resident, as in K-1 adjusting status after marriage.

You may be talking about removal of conditions by filing an I-751 to remove conditions on a 2 year green-card to get un-conditional residency.
