Hello all,

Its only been two months since we received our NOA1, however my fiancee would like to get her police record now. I guess the process can take a long time, especially since it is the holiday season. How long is the police record valid for the K1 interview in Ukraine?

TRhe consulate will accept a police certificate issued within one year. It takes about 3 weeks to get a police certificate in Ukraine and is not particularly difficult once you find out which line to stand in. :lol:
