Being that your file was so heavy in weight, it probably broke the wheel off the delivery truck! LOL j/k  You know the last time in October, I sent a cargo to Adana, somebody "Ali Baba'd my box!" But of course, its different coming from the States I think to there vs. Turkey local town to Ankara. I went to see if Turkey has a UPS.com info site for contact, but I'm thinking you might want to get down to the local UPS drop off site near you, and personally ask what your notice means. Sorry, I couldn't help more my friend, Mari . PS: You might bring a spare tire. LOL LOL

TRUE THAT MARI!

They "ALI BABA'D the box... wow... did it ever make it there.... ever...? My Sister sent his Birthday gift last year and made it in record time... and then she sent me some documents and it took 2 months to get here... I actually made it to the states and was there for 2 weeks when they finally arrived here in Bodrum and by that time I had already obtained them while I was there... go figure... I will go to the UPS office and find out for myself. I am just used to the professionalism that we have in the states.... Your too funny and glad to have you as a friend! :D
