Representing a friend!!

Hey guys,

I have a friend, who lives overseas, is married to a U.S citizen. However, they don't know how to fill out the immigration papers nor have a clue about it at all. They asked me if Could fill out their paperwork and send it in for them!! do you guys thin that the immigration will allow that?

Any of your help will be greatly appreciated!!

yes you can fill it out for them, you have to sign it, and thay have to sign it also, on the bottom of the form it says did some one fill the applacation for you,

They will contact the address that's in the application.
