Has anyone tried the NEW (started Dec 1) online interview scheduling, or had success CALLING the (214)571-1600 service center to schedule interview?

ustraveldocs.com website. If you did have success, would you please send some info on what site you used and/or what type of info you were required to enter, etc . . .

I'm having problems with the online scheduling as well as the call center scheduling.... call center does not know why i'm having problems with scheduling and are no help in trying to find the problem........ typical Philippines advice :blush:

Are you applying for IR-2 visa? If so, it is the National Visa Center (NVC) who will arrange for your interview schedule. The new system applies to other visa categories...like K1/K2, K3/K4, B1/B2 and other selected categories.

02-23-2018: Date on NOA, retrieved from online account

02-23-2018: Date on Biometrics Appointment Letter (Biometrics Appointment at Jacksonville ASC on March 13, 10:00 a.m.)

03-08-2018: Biometrics complete

04-05-2018: Case status updated - Interview Scheduled on May 10, 2018, 10:15 a.m. :D

05-10-2018: Citizenship Interview - Passed English and Civics Tests, Recommended for Approval! :D 

06-19-2018: Received email and text notification: Naturalization Ceremony Scheduled; waited for letter to be uploaded on online account - it has been set on Wednesday, July 25, 3:00 p.m.

07-25-2018: I am now a U.S. Citizen!

Ok, so the complete story: IR2 Visa... original interview date, June 2010, but canceled due to passport renewal issues. The June 2010 date was issued via NVC.

Now, since I need to "reschedule" interview, process is to use USEmbassy manila, not NVC. I called Embassy Sept 2010 to reschedule for a Jan 2011 date, but embassy only had open dates for 1 month ahead ( Oct 2010 dates only). Was told to call back end of Nov, early Dec for dates in Jan 2011............... Now the system changed and problems just starting.

I did call NVC on Thurs Dec 2 and they said i needed to contact Embassy for rescheduling...... but i will call NVC again just verify.

Hi everyone!

Im applying for a K-1 visa and is having problem in the new way (Dec. 1, 2010) of scheduling interview online.

I have the UID number already but haven't chose the date yet.

Now Im trying to retrieve and modify my application or file online (ustraveldocs.com/ph) but could not make it.

It always says there's error either on my passport number or date of payment although Im sure its correct.

We have been trying to call the customer service rep. (982-5555) several times but they cant figure out the problem, in short no help!.

I and my fiance is very frustrated.

Anyone could help us?
