Hello,

Does anyone know if my fiancee can move to another part of China (for a job) after we've filed an I-129F? The application was sent 4-Dec-2010, and she only found out about the job today (5-Dec-2010). It's a temporary position, but a good fit for her. She understands that if it adversely affects our filing, she will not take the job.

I'd appreciate any thoughts anyone might have on this...

Thanks!

Kind regards,

Zoey & Lorn

sure... just will need to update the consulate on where to send the information packet when the time comes....

If Guangzhou is anything like Kiev, where the info packet is available online so delivery of the physical packet is not so important as all info can be downloaded

YMMV

Sorry to capture the thread, but what if the beneficiary moves to a different country?

a bit more complicated, but it could be possible to request a change of consulate as well....

YMMV
