Hi guys, I had a DS-3032 already signed by my husband since 4 months ago. Can I SCAN the form(after generating the barcode off course) then send it to the NVC's email address instead of sending it by regular mail????

You can send NVC the electronic version. They accept those with no issues. Check out VJ Wiki for the version.

I highly recommend this method. This is sufficient. :thumbs:

You can attach a scanned pdf of DS-3032 in addition (if you like).

yes, emailing works. I confirmed it with the operator. well, more importantly, they approved ours.

11/09/2010--AOS invoice generated online
