whats is the next step?

Hello guys. Im Newbie here. I just need some little advice or any of you who got an interview date already this month or next. I was just a little bit confused, we paid already the 88$ for AOS and 404$ for IV, and it stated there on payment status was both "PAID"

and we already sent the DS-230 and some impt.docs by Mail last 22nd of Nov 2010. Till now we dont have any emails yet or any advice what will be the next step, do we need to call the NVC (very busy line) for our schedule of intervew and med.exam? or we will just have to wait there email for what will be the next thing to do. It takes a while for NVC to enter your package into the system. Once all packages are in the system NVC will schedule you for an interview. Call NVC to verify that. Good luck.
