now how i am gonna get NVC case number?

it will be assigned in about 10 days and since a visa # is not available as yet they are not likely to send out any documents... but a letter saying there are no visa numbers.

richardo its the case i applied in december. 23 dec 2010 not the one in january

forgot you had two.

ok u mean they will send me the NVC case number in the mail?

what about rest of the process? like choice of agent n all tht? am i not gonna get all tht until priority date become current?

it's odd. because a member got his case approved 3 weeks ago and he already paid the AOS fee.. which is different. They will send a letter in the mail that would include the case number. What i will do today is send off the Choice of agent Request EVEN though they did not request it. I will give you an update by Friday, June 3, 2011.

my family friend she is LPR her priority date is june 2010 and her case is already completed from NVC and its in consulate now

cazy you will receive hard copy within next 2 days hopefully. mine was approved MAy 20th and i got yesterday so u will receive hard copy also in next couple of days :dance:
