Hi everyone!

i filed i 130 for my wife about 2 years ago when i was LPR about 5 months i become citizen and i upgraded our case by phone and i sent to uscis a copy of naturalisation , number receipt and copy of passport then we didn't hear nothing from them i called them many many many times they tell me the case is in process that's so frustring also my status doesn't changed yet from LPR to Citizen

. my i 130 doesn't approve yet and i'm tired of waiting so i made an infopass .when i went there they didn't give me any good information .i asked them why my case took that long time they told me because they are so behind and they asked me to be more patient .

sincerely i can't stand waiting.

anybody have had the main situation can answer my question please:

How long does my case take to get approved after my infopass?

i appreciate your helps.

Make sure they have received your upgrade document and tied to the case file.

05/11/2012 - DS-230 IV package received by NVC

05/17/2012 - Case Completed

Consulate

07/04/2012 - Medical in Chennai

They have received my upgrade document

Then, make a congressional enquiry to check the status - what the heck going on there?

It might help since you are out of processing time.
