After badgering the USCIS for days about our case being transferred to Texas, we have just received the following email.

USCIS Service Center records reflect that your I-129F petition is located at the California Service Center. You may contact (CSC) at the following email address below.

Your I-130 petition was received at the Texas Service Center and is currently pending Service consideration.

What is interesting, is, that CSC informs us that our I-129F is at Texas, so, where is it.

The other point is: What exactly is PENDING service consideration? Do we take this to mean we are still unlooked at, or does it mean we've moved on to "almost approved"?

Thanks for any input...

Probably a new standard email for the USCIS for TSC? Yes, Id say its still pending.

We kept on calling USCIS to ask about the Texas switch, then emailed the TSC some days ago.

guess your priority date is about 14th July and still pending... so sad to hear, crazy system :bonk::bonk::bonk:
