Birth Certificate - reply ASAP

Hello,

My Husband (Beneficiary) lost his Original Birth Certificate but he has the photo copy of his original birth certificate which is in Hindi and on the copy his name is not mentioned. So his going to his village next week to obtain a new birth certificate but on the new birth certificate it will have the date of 2010, does anyone think that would be a matter?

He checked with the munciple office they also make birth certificate in English as well.

So my Questions are:

1)Would it be any problem since he going to have current date on the new birth certificate?

2)Which Birth Certificate he should obtain from nagar palika (munciple office) English or Hindi(native language)

3)Since he does not have his name on the BC as a back up he will get a affidavit from the both parents and he will also bring ssc transcript which has his DOB on it but it does not have POB. is that going to be fine? at the interview time?

Did anyone showed their another BC (new one)or Certified copy BC to the Consulate which turned out to be fine?

Please reply what should I do next?

Anything that is not in english must be translated to english.
