Hi folks,

We created USCIS account to track status of our I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence by entering our Application no. The case is displayed in the system; however, the Form name is incorrect for our case. It shows the form no. as CRI89 instead of I-751. It shows the correct Form Name as "PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED ".

Does anyone else have the same problem? If anyone had the same problem, how did you guys get it corrected....

2008-08-11: NOA2 I-130 - APPROVED

NVC

2008-08-14: Package forwarded to NVC

2008-08-25: DS3032 Generated and AOS Bill Generated

2008-08-27: Paid AOS Bill (online)

2008-08-29: AOS Bill status "PAID" on NVC website

2008-08-29: AOS Bill and DS3032 hardcopy arrived in mail

2008-09-05: COA Accepted by NVC

2008-09-05: Mailed I-864

2008-09-17: IV Bill status "PAID" on NVC website

2008-09-23 : Mailed DS-230

2008-10-01 : Case Complete

2008-11-01 : Medical Exam

2008-11-06 : VFS Office visit

2008-11-20 : Interview ...APPROVED

2008-11-22: Visa in Hand

2008-12-12 : POE in Chicago

2009-01-03 : Received Welcome Letter

2009-01-30 : Received Social Security #

2009-01-12: Received Another Welcome Letter w/ GC

2009-01-12 : Received Green Card

Hi,

It does suppose to be like that and everyone gets it the same. Look at on your Noa1 receipt and at the end you can read this: NOTE: The I-751 form type will be listed as "CRI89" under the application type in our system in our case status on-line tool.

(Day 1) 05/09/10: Application sent.

(Day 129) 09/14/10: ROC Approved!

(Day 135) 09/20/10: 10 years GC received.

Naturalization Journey

(Day 1) 10/02/11: Application sent.

(Day 122) 01/31/12: Interview. PASSED!

(Day 125) 02/03/12: Oath Ceremony. Done!

End of our Journey:

Daughter and I became U.S. Citizens on 02/03/2012.

(Day 1) 02/09/12: Applied for U.S. Passport & Passport card.

(Day 16) 02/24/12: Passport received.

(Day 19) 02/27/12: Passport Card received.

(Day 24) 03/03/12: Got CoN back.

N-600 for Daughter

(Day 1) 02/04/12: Application sent.

(Day 117) 05/30/12: Picked up Certificate of Citizenship at USCIS local office Chicago.

thats normal, every one gets that when you file to remove conditions, that receipt letter noa1 you see cr189 in the system, when you get your appointment letter you will have a new case number on the letter, good luck
