Well, whether they were trying to wait for Cali or not will likely never be known, since they have no obligation to provide generally useful information unless it suits THEIR purposes...

But in any case, they have achieved the feared goal... VSC is now behind the Cali center! Go figure.

We are clearly looking at VSC being behind the advertised 5 month processing time for a K1 petition.
