Hi,

I did my early Bio last Tuesday, Nov 16. But my online case status was never touched (updated). It last update is still the date they sent the bio letter. Is it normal?

Yes - very normal. The online system is not a true measure of the actual state your petition is at, so there is no need to worry about what it says. As long as you have fulfilled your duties, then you should be all set.

I applied for a reentry permit in 2008, I received it, used it, it expired and it has been expired for over a year now, and my online status still says initial review...

Thanks V333k, I guess you're right, nothing to worry about.

Just to add to that, I had my biometrics on 10/04 and the system never updated from the RFE stage even though yesterday I got a yellow letter stating they have moved my file to the Testing and Interviewing stage and that they need for me to bring more info...

So hang in there.... and good luck!
