I'm in the processing of completing our AOS packet, my husband overstayed his tourist visa

In section C Info about your relative

for his address, do we list his address abroad, even though we have been living together a little over a year?

I did list both. But I read if he is living with you, he would not have to list his address abroad.

We put "none - currently in US" for those questions. Remember, this form is also used for people who are currently abroad and pursuing a visa, so these questions might not always pertain to you and your situation. Good luck.
