About about 105 days in progress, since mailed

less than 60 days to approval, January 4th, 2011.

Please all of you if your NOA-2 isnt received by

January 10th contact USCIS and inquire of the status

there something wrong with your case than.

All others just wait and your christmas approval will

be right on time, by the end of the year or sooner...

Remember this is for you who had your File transferred

from Chicago to TSC instead of CSC. The back long is

heavy and they couldnt get your claim done in time before

the 5 months, so it was send to the TSC here to be completed

in a timely manor.

No your time doesnt start again since your NOA-1.

Anybody between the date of August first received of the

NOA-1 should be alright at this time frame. Everybody else

CSC your time I cant speak for since they are so back up

with so many cases. The TSC is not back logged and on time

with completing cases in time of the 5 month time frame
