Timeline

I think I am ready to send my i751 package this week. I just want to verify with visajourney users/friends to make sure I have enough documents.

I-751 Form

Address list (showing dates)(addresses after spouse got greencard)

Greencard copy

Tax transcript (2008, 2009)

House deed (04/2010)

Letter from Bank1 indicating joint accounts

Letter from Bank2 indicating joint accounts

Health insurance (letter from HR, insurance card, 2011 enrollment summary, full summary of medical plan benefits usage)

Driver license (me and spouse)

SAM's Club membership (07/2010) (membership cards, letter from SAM's club showing joint membership)

House insurance (03/2009 - current)

Auto insurance (01/2010 - current)

Letter from prior insurance company showing joint coverage between (12/2008 and 07/2010)

Retirement statement (2009, showing spouse as benefitiary)

Spouse's student loan (shows address)

Spouse's class registrations for last two semesters (shows address)

My paystub (I picked random months between (12/2009 - current), shows address)

Spouse's paystub (I picked random month between (12/2009 - current), shows address)
