K1 marriage questions please help

My friend wants to bring his girlfriend to the United States to marry. So, does he or she need to do the following? Thanks.

1. Application for Marriage Registration in Vietnam (bilingual form attached).

2. Affidavit of Single Status (bilingual form attached).

3. Certificate of No-marriage Records issued by the State (or County) Vital Statistics Office within the last six months certifying that no marriage license or marriage record of the applicant has been found for the period from the beginning of legal age for marriage to date.

4. Medical Certificate issued by an authorized psychiatrist confirming that the applicant has no mental illnesses, or has a mental problem but not to the extent of losing consciousness of his/her own actions.

5. Photocopy of the photo and signature pages of the Passport.

6. Bio Info Sheet (bilingual form attached).

6. She will need 3 copies of G325 Biographical Data Worksheet

She will also need 2 passport photos, US style, 2x2 white background. They will also need proof of being together within the past 2 years, and proof of an ongoing relationship. Also, they will need letters of intent that state they intend to marry within 90 days of her admittance to the US.
