Well known fact? Really? You got this from a body of science that studies climate? Cite your source.

As for whether it matters or not....maybe you forgot about the Supreme Court ruling that CO2 emissions are in fact a pollutant and can be regulated....

April 2, 2007 – In what may prove to be an historic turning point in the fight to reduce global warming, the U.S. Supreme Court today handed down a decision in a landmark environmental case—the first ever involving global warming—that is being hailed as a victory for the environment and a setback for the Bush administration. In a 5-4 decision, the court ruled that carbon dioxide is a pollutant under the Clean Air Act and that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has the authority to regulate carbon dioxide emissions from automobiles and other vehicles.

But they will not regulate it. The congress will defund the EPA first. Your side lost! Bring on the heat!!!!

Steven...

Brief lesson for you.

DEMs LOST! Repubs control the House where all the $$$ come from. No more $$$ for Global warming. If the EPA tries it, they will be de-funded and all lose their jobs. Get it?

This is what happens when YOU LOSE!

The EPA needs money to regulate anything (or to even EXIST in any form other than a piece of paper). The money comes from the Republican controlled House of Representatives. Get it? If they try to do what the PEOPLE clearly stated they do not want them to do. they will be de-funded and the EPA will exist on a piece of paper only.
