Hey guys!

One last question. I get confused by USPS hehe. I want to mail out our petition so that they have to sign it, when they receive it. I'm guessing I have to mail it out to the second address right?

For U.S. Postal Service: USCIS P.O. Box 805887 Chicago, IL 60680-4120

For Express mail and courier deliveries: USCIS Attn: FBAS 131 South Dearborn-3rd Floor Chicago, IL 60603-5517

Also, I know, it's been asked, I've asked it, I should know by now... But... I think I'm missing some g-325a. I have one of me and one of my husband for I-130 and one of me for I-485. Shouldn't there be more? (I don't have I-131, but I do have I-765)

Adjustment of Status

11/03/10 ------- AoS (I-130/I-485) Package mailed out (Priority Mail)

11/07/10 ------- AoS Package received and singed for

11/10/10 ------- NOA1 received for I-130, I-485 and I-765 (emails)

11/12/10 ------- NOA1 received for I-130, I-485 and I-765 (hard copies)

11/12/10 ------- Touches on I-130, I-485 and I-765

11/19/10 ------- Biometrics appointment letter received

12/06/10 ------- RFE for I-693 (I think the issue is that it was not signed. Called USCIS and will receive a letter in a few days explaining)

12/13/10 ------- Biometrics done

12/16/10 ------- EAD card in production (email)

12/20/10 ------- Received "Letter of Explanation" for RFE (Service Request to expedite my case. Called USCIS and was told to ignore that and just send in response to RFE.)

12/22/10 ------- Touch (Email for Post Decision Activity on EAD saying that a letter of approval has been mailed out)

12/24/10 ------- Received EAD in the mail

12/27/10 ------- Applied for SSN

12/31/10 ------- Received Interview letter

01/03/11 ------- Received SSN card in the mail

01/07/11 ------- Mailed out response to RFE (I-693)

01/15/11 ------- Email confirming USCIS received RFE response

01/31/11 ------- Approved!

Pre-Adjustment of Status:

2006 -------- Met Online

02/07 ------- Visited him in the U.S. for what was suppose to be a few weeks (Came in with birth certificate and health card. Health card expired a few months after)

08/07 ------- Decided to get married because we didn't want to be apart (in the U.S.)

10/10 ------- USCIS Medical Done

Hey,

You need one G-325A for you(alien) and one G-325A for your husband(usc) to put in with I-130 package and you need one more for you(alien) to put in with I-485 package. So you need three all together.

You and your husband need to sign them!!!

If you're using USPS you going to send your whole package to: USCIS P.O. Box 805887 Chicago, IL 60680-4120

If you're going to send it by Express mail or courier you have to mail it to: USCIS Attn: FBAS 131 South Dearborn-3rd Floor Chicago, IL 60603-5517

Good luck!

RE: mailing it with a signature... ask your post office for sure (or maybe someone else on here will answer). I used Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. That way I can track it, but they don't have to sign for it. I just wanted the comfort of knowing it got there. I sent my packet Friday, and I checked on Monday afternoon and sure enough, it was delivered Monday at 1:23pm. I used the first address since it was not express. Good luck.
