Someone actually called and check uscis before about this. I can't remember where. Basically this is what happen in uscis

First email on card production- our data is sent for production

2nd email on card production- card is ready to be send out to us via usps

3rd email will be change to post decision activity- basically our card is with usps and will be reaching us anytime and the process is complete.

I guess sometimes we still received updates because they either accidentally scan our data or they probably working on our other forms like I485. I have my 485 and 130 approved during interview but they only updated the 485. My 130 is still on initial review. Same goes to my AP.

Don't worry about it too much.

here we go i had my rfe in the mail yesterday and they want another medical from me.

so if you read my last post where i was talking about that mysterious small white envelope i know now what is inside of it: a copy of my medical. gotta contact USCIS now and see if we can send that since well i guess they wanted it in the first place which wasnt mentioned anywhere and well i guess none of you guys ever had such an envelope.

I had that envelop and I had to pass it to the IO when I had my K-1 interview in Vancouver. This was one of the requirements on the check list. Not sure if it's the same in Germany.

Anyway, contact USCIS and see if you can use it. It must be within one year that you had your medical exam though. Good luck!

Is any one here haven't had their case transferred to CSC and is still waiting for interview letter? As far as I notice, memebers with similar timeline as mine have had their cases transferred to CSC. I have not heard anything about my AOS yet

I got a e-reply about my AOS..and it's an RFE.. I didn't receive the actual letter yet, but I'm guessing it's about my fingerprints coz I took it twice. I read in some forums here that even if you take the biometrics twice,the FBI still can't read it. I may have to pass a police clearance from Norwalk Police Station then which is quite far from here..but manageable. I'm just assuming..hehe. But i'm hoping that's just my RFE and nothing more difficult.

To CQ & CS: Hang in there, as long as you don't get any RFE's, you're good. Also, try to keep track of the length of the processing period..once you're way past the acceptable time frame, call them and follow it up. Goodluck!

It's great that you get your EAD. I received the 2nd e-mail for EAD this morning. I guess it's ready to be mailed out.

Nope, so hopefully we'll get those letters soon.

I got three emails. When it went back to Post Decision on the website (third email saying approved) that's the day it was sent out.

Yup I got my EAD approved, but based on what I've read on some forums, the EAD is not dependent on the Biometrics.. some got their EAD even before they got and RFE about their unreadable fingerprints.. oh well..I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

We received the EAD yesterday (2/16/2011)! It was perfect riming because husband had a job interview today and they hired him on the spot!

We're so happy! Now it's time to celebrate.

Didn't you get you EAD approved already? That means you fingerprints are okay and that's why they approved your EAD. I might be wrong

Correct me if i am wrong you guys, but about your case that wasn't transfer or no interview, i saw a few cases that where not transfer and after they got the EAD approved they got the interview letter not far from there... So probably if you are going to have an interview is on its way with the EAD, is my humble opinion...
