I'm just curious about this. Why are some folk destined for an AOS interview, and others skip the interview and head on to happy greencard land?

11.02.2011- Green Cards for us!!

Current theories include:

A) Relative business of your local USCIS office vs. the California Service Center.

B) Organizational quality and comprehensiveness of your packet, presence of red flags, etc.

C) Type of visa you are adjusting from.

D) Random chance.

Take your pick.
