I'm submitting our I-129F visa today and I was curious if after they receive the application and begin processing it if my fiancee can visit me in the U.S. at any point during the processing period?

If she doenst already have a tourist visa... probably would be hard to get one.. if he is able to get to the usa on any visa type and will use it for the intended purpose then yes... also if asked she will be required to show stong ties to her country. There are people who have their family travel while the application is pending.

IF they can obtain a visa to come to the US AND if they can be approved to enter the US by Border Patrol at the POE, then yes they can.

No visa or denial at the border means no.

Obviously this depends where you are from. Not every country requires a Tourist Visa to enter the USA. If one isn't required, it is as easy as going to a POE with documentation tying you to your home country in hand (lease documents, phone contract, letter from employer stating date of expected return, etc.) as well as the NOA2. The more the better.

Otherwise, I am not sure how the tourist Visa thing works, so I can't help you there. You should update your info in your profile so people can better assist you with your questions.
