Where's 2007 and 2008? You need to give good reasons you don't have them.

if you just dont have them you can request a copy of your trannscript

its only been two tax periods since ive had my social the first year we were both unemployed . WE were college students so i didnt file n his mom filed for him for his financial aid for school...soon as we got a job we filed together.

this is what we have. We are both 24 we are high school sweet hearts not well established but this is what we have. Is this enough

· Copy of my wife’s permanent residence card

Copy of both old and new license showing same and current address from (2008-2010).

· Copies of car insurance and notices showing joint policy.

· Copy of the title of our car, showing joint ownership.

Copy of cancel check from joint account

· Copy of our credit cards showing a joint account.

· Copy of our joint bank statements from 2008-2010

· Copy of our 2009 joint tax return.

Copies of pay stubs sent to current address showing filed as married

Copies of mail sent to us with same address

Two sworn affidavits by U.S. citizen friends, attesting to our relationship and marriage.

Letter from my mother, attesting to our marriage and residence at her home

Few pictures of us, families and friends.
