Hey Guys

l got married with USC a year ago and got my permanent resident card about six months ago.my wife got pregnant a month ago that made me so happy..but couple days ago she just told me that l am not the father.she said it was mistake and wants to stay married but l can t afford that situation.if she did one time she will do it again that's why l want to get divorce right away..it s been only a year we are married so my question is can i apply for good faith waiver.how long does it take to get divorce in that situation? also what is the proccesing after my divorce finalize.what's my chances to remove conditional by myself?

We have joint bank accounts, car insurances, apartments leases from two apartments that we lived, utilty bills like electric water cell phone bills, rental insurance, also her ex car title was on both names, lots of photos.plane tickets which shows we went to my country together after got married. We didn't file joint taxes as l wrote on the top we been married only for a year.also she cheated on me is this gonna effect my case?

thanks

You can file for divorce and file for a waiver on your own. I think you have very valid reasons.

As far as the waiver, your evidence seems good. Also, if you can obtain a copy of her son's birth certificate and attach it to your personal statement, I'm almost certain you'll be fine.

Your concern at the moment is to file for divorce, then worry about the waiver later.
