I'm on k1 visa. We're going to have a church wedding on 2nd week of November and my visa expires on December 1. Do we still have enough time to apply for adjustment of status?

Your visa expired the day you entered the United States. What determines your lawful presence now is the date on the I-94 card in your passport.

There is no deadline on when you submit your AOS petition. As long as you marry before the I-94 expires, you can submit the AOS petition based on the K1. If your I-94 expires before you submit your AOS petition then you'll be out of status, but you'll still be eligible to submit the AOS petition.
