Any advice most appreciated regarding evidence

Hello all,

I am new to the boards and am seeking advice in relation to the I-751 form. My husband's green card is due to have the conditions removed by January 29th 2011.

So far, for submission I have gathered:

• Lease with both our names dating from July 2007 to present
  
• 100 pictures from 2006 when we met til present including wedding pictures and vacation pictures
  
• Joint bank account
  
• Paypal cards from same primary account
  
• Electric, Phone, Newspaper, Cell Phone Bills and other mail in our names showing same address
  
• Correspondence from Friends and Family including wedding and anniversary cards from 2007-present addressed to both of us
  
• 2 sworn affidavits from family members declaring us as married couple
  
• Declarations from each other
  
• Receipts for gifts bought for each other
  
• Honeymoon hotel receipts
  
• Driver's licenses with same address
  
• A few emails from early in our relationship to present from each other
  
• my W2 with my filing status as Married
  

My concern is under the suggested documents for submission are things such as..

Life insurance

Health insurance

Car Titles

Tax Returns

I simply do not have any of the 4 things listed above. My husband was unable to find work until the beginning of this year. I have been on SS disability and have only worked very sporadically, way under the amount to file taxes, and therefore didn't submit a tax return as neither of us had taxable income.

He has no health insurance nor life insurance. I realize life insurance is easy to get, but I neglected to do so.

Is my evidence insufficient by the USCIS standards? Should I be concerned?

Your list seems to be sufficient, but I do recommend you include a cover letter and explain briefly what you have told us here. If you do not disclose this information, then you will get an RFE requesting (at least) the tax returns. Provide them with this information and see if they are able to see the whole picture rather than see gaps in it.

I suggest that you document your income as best you can. Your bank statements showing all deposits and expenditures, statements of benefits received, etc. Any documentation that will support your claim that your income was below the filing threshold.

Thanks, yes I'm including my W2s showing what small amount I made and I'll now include letters from the SSA showing my monthly benefits plus the back payments received. SS income alone isn't taxable and the amount I made working did't bump it up into the base taxable amount.

Also, when we filed for adjustment of status my father co-sponsored due to my income not meeting the guideline. Should I refernce that?
