Hello just wanted to know if the visa interview process for November was on!!

OUR LOVE STORY

2006-04: Introduced by friends while vacations in Nicaragua

2006-07: I moved back to Montreal and relationship started

2008-05-07: He propose =)

2009-07-18: We got married in Laval, Qc.

USCIS

2009-11-13: I-130 sent to Chicago Lockbox

2009-11-23: I-130 NOA 1

2010-03-01: I-130 NOA 2

NVC

2010-03-08: NVC case number assigned

2010-03-18: Sent DS-3032

2010-03-18: Paid AOS Fee online

2010-04-28: Sent I-864 package

2010-04-20: Paid IV Fee Bill

2010-05-29: Sent DS-230 package

2010-06-23: Received RFE for DS-230 missing document

2010-07-05: Receive mail but will take 6 to 8 weeks to process mail :S!!

2010-08-10: SNF case complete

June 'case complete' and we are still waiting to hear something, but expecting to this week or next. However, am nervous that because of the Thanksgiving holiday there will be less interview dates given. And since we completed on June 30th and hoping we don't end up waiting till December for ours.

Are they still only scheduling on Fridays?

They were only scheduling on fridays? They seem to schedule them whenever they want too.

yes, it is ON for November.

But

will you have an interview for November?

hard to know, hard to say, until an actual interview has been scheduled.

Montreal is lagged into oblivion, is deep dark pit of dismal despair.

What are you doing between NVC and DoS hotlines to track this stuff?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

I meant having the scheduled interview dates only on Friday's.

Nope I think its everyday now, Mine is on a wednesday

Just called the NVC - They scheduled November interviews this past Friday.

Ours is November 30!! They said the confirmation emails are backed up because of the holiday.

CALL TODAY!!!!
