Where do I find my "A" #?

For the AOS process the forms ask for the A#. Is that the 10 digit number printed in red on the visa?

The number in red is your non-immigrant visa number (she will need that when she applies for AOS later).

The A# is the number printed in the NOA2 of the I-129F; it starts with A (should be on the upper right hand corner somewhere). It should be exactly the same number written at the back of her I-94.
