i sent away our 1-129f package yesterday. i made copies of our proof of meeting and ongoing relationship for the interview but not any of the other forms. did i need them for the interview??

October 8th- Sent off K-1 visa package

October 21st- Received email saying we have been assigned to CSC

October 28th- Waiting on NOA1

October 29th- NOA1 received!!!

March 16th 2011- Received email saying petition for fiance has been approved and that NOA2 is in the mail!

April 12th 2011- Waiting on lettter with interview date from Dublin Embassy. Medical scheduled for 26th April

The copies are mainly for if somehow the interviewer is missing parts of you packet, then you'd have the copies that you could pull out and give to them if you needed to. They probably won't ask for them but most people bring them as a precaution.

It isn't likely you'd need the forms - the suggestion to make copies (of the entire package) is two-fold; one is to have a copy for your records and the other is really for the foreign beneficiary to review.

Since you didn't make copies of forms, it should be no problem to recreate them if you like. :thumbs:

also, iv just realised.. On the g325a form all my employment wouldn't fit on the lines so i said 'please see attachment' and then i completely forgot to send away the attachment with my employment details on it!! this is like a smack in the face. i dont know what to do! should i send the attachment and a letter explaining or wait to hear from them?

i dont know what to do! should i send the attachment and a letter explaining or wait to hear from them?

It isn't recommended that you send additional 'stuff' unless asked for it by USCIS/them. Probably the main reason is that it would be difficult for the 'stuff' you sent to find its way to your petition/package.

Ok, thanks. Do you think this is a big deal? Im so mad at myself! We waited 3 weeks before sending to make sure everything was right and i just remembered I never sent that stupid attachment while sitting at the computer!!! ahhh!

It's not going to be that big of a thing. They'll probably just RFE you for it which shouldn't hold you up more than a few weeks (many times after they receive your RFE response it's approved within a week). Just have it printed out and signed so you have it ready to send off. :thumbs:
