I noticed a lot of people geta RFE I-864. How can I avoid that?

Documents Included with the I-864- for me and my sponsor:

2005 tax returns (only have 1040 form),

W2

letter from job

proof of citizenship

However I will include 3 yrs of tax returns and W2 for the sponsor just in case. There will not be any income problems I know that for sure.

I think these is all that I have to include. Is it anything else? Could I still get an RFE?

Andre,

You have pretty much everything. You can include the 2-3 most recent pay stubs of you and the co sponsor. I also wrote a cover letter where I mentioned what items I am including with the I-864. They reviewed my I-864 and the NVC operator told me that they wrote on my file that it was greatly done.

People can get RFe for many reasons. If one forgets to sign, date, and forgets to send something and/or if one leaves any space blank. Double check everything and don't leave any space blank. You can simply write "N/A," if something does not apply to you.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
