URGENT!!!!! US court ordered me to sign for my daughters' visas... IS THIS LEGAL?????

I still think you need to speak to an Attorney, but I was thinking since the courts don't want to be held responsible with the risk of abduction and forcing you to sign gets them off the hook,that maybe grounds for an appeal. How can that get them off the hook they are still letting him take them against your will. I think an Attorney would see it like that too.

In the mean time maybe you can inquire with the FBI unit that deals with these things and see if there is anything you can do legally. Just maybe they can flag him and your kids passports till it gets all sorted out.

I really think something can be done, you just need help doing it.
