Since I was gone so long, I am not familiar with many names here. I was curious if there are any new members with Jordanian SO's.

Just in case you haven't learned by now...here's a briefing of hubster and I:

Hubster=born and raised in Irbid, Jordan

We got married in Dec 2004

He arrived in the U.S. of A. in Dec 2005

We're still married. I share that coz we've had one of those roller coaster relationships. Love him to death...but sometimes it's just like...:bonk::help::bonk:

I look forward to meeting some new Jordan MENAers!!!

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

Hi! Since we were put in AP Hell on Aug 24, I haven't been on VJ much.

Mohsin grew up in Mafraq and now lives in Amman and works in an Orange Telecom call center.

I am in West Virginia.

We married Oct 6, 2009.

I made my 4th trip for the interview in Aug-Sept.

I have no real trip plans right now as we are praying AP isn't too long. But I will be with him this Valentine's Day 2011 if I have to make another trip there to do it!

Shout out to all the americans waiting for their habibis/habibtis! :)

Fiance, Ali, is from Amman (born in Irbid) and raised for a while in Virginia and Alabama. I have lived all my life in Rhode Island.

Met in 2008 through Skype (in no way am i endorsing 18 year olds going abroad alone to meet someone they met online---even though that's exactly what my 18 year old self did!)

Fell in love instantly! Spent my xmas break 08-09 in England with him while he was at school. May of 09, flew back to England for the third time and stayed 6 months instead of 3 weeks!! haha

Didn't see him from Sept 09-November2010 until his dad offered me a free ticket to Jordan!! I met his family and friends and country and could not be more sure that I made a good decision with this one!

<3 who here is trying to get a good grasp of Arabic?
