My husband was tired of waiting for the letter from the IRS so I could finish imputting all the information about my past three years income. The letter was lost in the mail and I ordered a new one which should be here in a week, however, my husband sent the AOS packet without the income amounts for 2004 and 2003. Will they send all the packets back now? Or will they just send for RFE? I'm not to worried about it. It just means it will take longer. Can anyone give advice or tell me what's likely to happen? Thanks!

08/24/06- I-130, EAD, I-485 recieved

08/28/06- NOA1 for I-130, EAD, and I-485

09/01/06- Recieved boimetrics appointment letter

09/07/06- Biometrics appointment

10/24/06- Recieved letter for initial interview

11/21/06- EAD approved

11/27/06- EAD Recieved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

11/30/06- Touched- NOA for EAD sent

12/01/06- I-130 and I-485 Touched

04/02/09- Recieved approval letter

10/14/09- Sent N-400... the wait begins again.....

10/24/09- Recieved NOA receipt letter

02/05/10- Recieved Fingerprint notification

02/23/10- Fingerprinting appointment

04/07/10- N-400 Interview

10/07/10- Request for aditional evidencce

02/07/11- Oath Ceremony letter arrives!!!!!!!!!!

Why on earth did he send it off without all the info.... if they need the info they will send you a RFE...

Not only is he impatient, he also was nervous and scared that the INS would come take him since he's out of status. He says that he would rather have some sort of file started instead of having to go to jail and them try to start removal proceedings.

Hi.

Actually I think It was a good idea if he is scared about to be deported this is a good way at least to gain some time... I didn't sent 2004 or 2003 taxes with my pack and they didn't complain or send me any RFE so I think he'll be fine.

GET A LAWYER...

Hi,

I sent only one last year (2005) and it was fine. I sent it on March 15th, just after rules changed that only one past year of tax return was required and it was fine. I don't know if something change since March.

06 December 2005 - entered US on tourist visa

08 February 2006 - got married

06 March 2006 - 15 March 2006 - medical exam done

15 March 2006 - I-485 package sent to Chicago Lockbox

21 March 2006 - USCIS received papers

24 March 2006 - notice date for I-130,I-485,I-765 (28 March 2006 - received NOA for I-130,I-485,I-765)

01 April 2006 - I-130, I-485, I-765 touched

06 April 2006 - Notice date for biometrics appointment (received on 13 April 2006)

29 April 2006 - Biometrics done

06 May 2006 - I-765, I-145 touched

08 May 2006 - I-765, I-130 touched

03 June 2006 - I-765 touched

06 June 2006 - Interview letter arrived

07 June 2006 - e-mail received: EAD approved !!!

09 June 2006 - EAD card received in mail

12 June 2006 - applied for SSN

26 June 2006 - SSN arrived

25 July 2006 - Interview

APPROVED!!!

31 July 2006 - Welcome Notice arrived
