that does not mean you got denied,it just mean they need more evidence.

did you have every document asked in order to determine that your petitioner will be able to support you?

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR REPLYING.I HAVE 1-134,IRS AND WAGE LAST YEAR BUT CONSUL OFFICER SAID ITS NOT SUFFICIENT.SO I SHOWED HIM THE NEW EMPLOYMENT LETTER STATING THAT MY FIANCE IS EARNING 3000 SINCE SEPTEMBER 1..NOW I WAS REQUIRED TO HAVE EVIDENCE OF CURRENT SUSTAINED INCOME, WILL I PASS THE LETTER AGAIN WITH THE PAY STUB FOR SEPTEMBER ONLY SINCE HE JUST STARTED SEPETMEBR IST? OR WILL I PASS ALL PAY STUBS FOR SINCE JANUARY?

Please read the paper the consul officer gave you at the end of your interview. You have not been denied a visa. Also, if you are actively pursuing your visa, your I-129F will not expire on November 6. You will likely not have to interview again. Does your 221g tell you to submit your documents to one of the windows?

If I were in your shoes, I would do this.

Again, you are not being denied. You are being asked to submit your petitioner's very best financial case possible. I hope you followed my link above and read my post in your other thread. That is my strategy if I were in your shoes.
