I am getting ready to send in the 129-F. As we were reviewing the G-325A there are places where the addresses did not fit into the alotted space, I also have two jobs which the form allows only dates...I can't add "present".

My question is, is it ok to provide a supplemental paper to this form and also to put "see attached" in the corresponding boxes.

Yes you may include supplemental attachments if you run out of space. Also since you are working two jobs at once you'll want to make a small note explaining this so they don't think the overlapping dates are a mistake or discrepancy.
