My fiance doesnt live in any Province or State, left it blank... what do you think? Now I am worried.

She does. It is called an Oblast. It is the next political subdivision below "country".

For future reference it reduces worry to ask questions before sending the documents. Worst case, you get an RFE for the name of her Oblast.

She lives in the capital of Moldova, which is Chisinau, so there is no province or oblast... still RFE for leaving it blank?

I did ask so many questions. For some reason I felt certain that this would not be a problem, now I am reading about blank spots on the app. I don't want an RFE for leaving that ONE space empty.

In the former Soviet Union, many large cities, particularly capitals, are Oblasts onto themselves. Kiev, Moscow, St PPetersburgh, Dniepropetrovsk even Donetsk is an Oblast to name but a few. Maybe Moldova has changed something in the structure of their government, there IS a political subdivision between "country" and "city".

Blank spots are not a kiss of death, but can be the source of an RFE. If you leave blank, for instance, "former names" because there are no former names, that would certainly generate an RFE. Name of province? Not sure. Blank spaces should be filled with "none" or "NA" as is appropriate.

Nothing to worry about now, The deed is done. You will get an RFE or you won't (just like everyone else)

The time is upon you to put away the papers you have sent in a safe place and look ahead to where you are going, not to where you have already been. There is a lot more to prepare and we are glad to help if you have any questions. I would get the name of the government subdivion or CONFIRM that there is none and put a pin in it. Put it on a sticky note on the wall above your desk for future refernece.
