Hi,

We are filling the form for CR-1. We are totally confused with the form G325a by"Application:Print your name and alien registration number in the box outlined by heavy border below"

it located at the bottom of the G325a form.

Could anyone tell me whose name I should write it on? (I understand both of us need to fill this form (one is mine, and one for my u.s citizen spouse).

If it is on my u.s citizen spouse's g325a form, what name should be on it?

07-03-14 -> NVC Assigned Case#(Got Case# & IIN Over the Phone).
07-22-14 -> DS-261 Completed.
07-25-14 -> AOS fee Payment.
07-29-14 -> AOS fee shows PAID.
07-30-14 -> AOS Package Sent.
