The cost varies, I personally paid $150, just for myself, included shots, blood tests, etc. they should list prices in packet 3 when they send it to you.

Yes, you have to have it before the interview, you send it to the consulate with the rest of packet 3, at leasts that was what happened with me.

Hi everyone

what is the cost for the medical for child and adult.

and do you have to do it before your interview,

There are 3 medical facilities that's are in kingston that conducts this part of the interview. I think one of them is the mmemorial hospital located in the hwt area. Prices as contacted are subject to change so call them. vaccinations shots are required if the applicant has no proof....and there's a fee included for the additional service.
