How much time notice do you get for an interview date in Montreal Consulate?

We just we're wondering so we can be prepared $ wise. (We just filed on Sept 16th).

So we need $350 US for the interview. Plane ticket. How much would a medical cost there?

Hotel,food etc... I know it's early to ask but we just want to make sure fund wise, that

we are prepared :unsure:

You pick your own interview date, so you can have as much or as little time as you like

Where in Canada are you from? There are offices in Vancouver, Toronto, and 2 in Montrael. Mine in Toronto was about $325. We also booked our hotel, walking distance from the consulate, on hotwire and got it for about $60 per night

I live in Ontario.(He lives in a border town next door in minnesota) I am about 16 hrs away from Toronto.

We are so "green" in this whole process. We are under the impression we will have to have our

interview in Montreal (because that is the closest to me) So how& when do I

go about picking my interview date? And can we get my medical done in montreal

on the same time period or do we have to go a couple days eariler?
