Does this sound about right? I did EP

-Medical Report (without the X-Ray)

-Express Post Envelope

-Original DS-230 and Copy

-new ds-230 and copy (for son and I)

-Original and photocopy of Marriage Certificate

-Original PCC and copy

-Original and photocopy of my Birth Certificate (for son and I)

-Photocopy of my passport biographic page(for son and I)

-Original I-864 and copy

-new i-864 and copy

-Tax Transtripts and copies

-Employment letter and copy

-Paystubs and copy

-Bank statement and copy

-Passport Pictures and copy (for son and I)

Do I need to bring a copy of proof? or will just the one of it do?

should i bring the original i-130?

I made a new aos and ds230 should i bring the old? should i bring the old proof such as paystubs etc or just the new ones?

Everything looks good that you listed. Don't forget to bring your interview letter and your passport.

For your copies of proof, I don't think it would be needed, but if you want to be safe, bring copies.

I would bring a copy of the I-130. Once I get to that stage, I'm bringing everything that I've submitted.

I would also bring the old DS-230 and the AoS as well as the new one just in case.

On the forums here, I saw a quote in someone's signature: It's better to be over-prepared than even slightly under-prepared. I'm keeping this in mind for this whole process. ;)

This is taken from the NVC website Montreal specific.

The day of your interview

Please bring to your interview the original and one copy of each of the following documents (as applicable), for each applicant:

 The appointment letter showing the date and time of your interview

 Passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the date you plan to enter the United States

 Birth certificate

 Adoptions decree (s)

 Marriage certificate (s)

 Death and/or divorce certificate(s)

 Police certificates from each country in which the applicant has resided for one year or longer. The certificate(s) must be issued within one year of the date of the visa appointment. NOTE: An applicant must present a police certificate from his/her country of current residence and country of nationality, if residence in such country exceeds 6 months

 Court records

 Military records

 Evidence of domicile in the United States

 Job offer letter (for employment-based visas)

 Affidavit of support

 Evidence of support

 Medical examination

 Two photographs (in color)

 For K visa applicants, a letter of intent to marry signed by the petitioner within 30 days of interview date (not you)
