Yeah... I got that they are going to review it but they confused me on the part about the petition being approved or not..... I thought my petition had been approved that is why he was given an interview in the first place right?????

Your petition WAS approved. So what? The VISA was NOT approved. The package has been sent back because the state department believes your petition should NOT have been approved and they have sent the reason why to USCIS. USCIS will review the case with the information from the DOS and either revoke the petition or re-affirm it and send it back to the consulate for another interview. This typically takes many months.

OR, you can withdraw the petition and file a new one and start over which will probably be faster. Your choice.

Apparently the CO did not like something. They don't have to give you a reason. It's not a denial right now. USCIS will make the next decision.

actually, they are supposed to give you a reason. that's why there is a class action suit forming, because they haven't been doing so...

At the interview did they tell you that you were in AP? Admin Processing? Were you given a blue print out?

Nope.... He was given a white printout with other checked as the reason, not other explaination or reason juts "OTHER" :0/

I know right :0/ I was there in Morocco when he had his interview I tried calling and no one would tell me anything. When I got home I contacted my Senator, all his office was able to find out was what the email told me.... This is a really frustrating process... If it weren't for my daughter I would just go there to be with him but her father will never agree to her beigning out of the country for an extended amount of time..... Insha'allah we will here some good news soon :0)
