Oh thanks! that was a quick one. The online applications for such websites are new to me. So,do i just click the job posting, directs me to a staffing agnecy and then I upload my resume there?

If you want a job anywhere, make sure you call them weekly after you apply. I have applied to god know how many jobs, but I never called them to follow up. Didn't work. Since the past few weeks, I have been hounding every place I applied to ask for updates every week, been getting way more interviews than before.

Thankf for the tips. Careerbuilder responds pretty fast. I posted my resume just this morning and then got a call after a few hours. Unfortunately, the location is way too far from me and worst, couldn't get there by bart so, yea, had to pass on that:( I am planning to get a data entry position in the meantime just to gain experience. Or jcpenney, macy's, etc.
