Your current immigration status is K-1 Non-Immigrant Fiance of U.S Citizen.

Thanks - I know the answer is most likely the obvious one but I hate these forms they confuse me soo much

I found the example forms on this website quite useful when looking for that information. You can get to them by clicking on the Example Forms link in the second header bar (just under the Guides link) at the top of the page. They are also work reviewing so that you can be sure that you didn't put the wrong answer for other questions where you thought you knew the answer, as well!

K-1:

January 28, 2009: NOA1

June 4, 2009: Interview - APPROVED!!!

October 11, 2009: Wedding

AOS:

December 23, 2009: NOA1!

January 22, 2010: Bogus RFE corrected through congressional inquiry "EAD waiting on biometrics only" Read about it here.

March 15, 2010: AOS interview - RFE for I-693 vaccination supplement - CS signed part 6!

March 27, 2010: Green Card recieved

ROC:

March 1, 2012: Mailed ROC package

March 7, 2012: Tracking says "notice left"...after a phone call to post office.

More detailed time line in profile.

You can look at the example forms in Visa Journey. It shows you how to fill up the various forms. Just make sure that the forms you are using are all up to date.
